✅ Step 1: Visit the e-Pay Tax Page

Go to: https://eportal.incometax.gov.in/iec/foservices/#/e-pay-tax-prelogin/user-details

✅ Step 2: Enter PAN and Verify OTP

Enter your PAN and mobile number, then verify using OTP.

✅ Step 3: Select Tax Type

Choose Self-Assessment Tax (300) or other relevant type.

✅ Step 4: Choose AY & Minor Head

For FY 2024–25, select AY 2025–26. Minor Head: 300.

✅ Step 5: Enter Tax Breakup

Break up your tax: Income Tax, Cess, Interest, Penalty, etc.

✅ Step 6: Choose Payment Mode

Use Net Banking, Debit Card, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, or Over-the-Counter.

✅ Step 7: Download Challan

After payment, download and save the challan receipt (with CIN).
